My advice...
If you already have the money which you may not use in your daily business use it for flipping.... buy already built house in a strategic location, renovate it and sell.

When we said that Tinubu has somehow managed to assemble the largest but yet, the most incompetent cabinet in the history of this country, Agbadorians thought we were just mincing words. In the North, he deliberately chose inefficient people while suppressing and undermining Northerners with track records and evidence of results. Maybe he thought it was a form of conquest. In the Southwest, his choice of appointees were largely from his own Lagos and virtually all were people who had served him before or from his political bloc (mandate standers). In the SS and SE, one can barely name any appointee besides Wike and Umahi, whom are both politicians. Now the pressure is on and look how everyone seem to be running from pillar to post with no coordination. Where are the adults in the room? It's self-sabotage.
