Good Day VO,

I once used my hotmail address to book appointment in 2010 but the mail is no longer accessible. I reset the password which was successful but couldnt still access the mail address. I want to book an appointment for interview and a temporary password was sent to the hotmail address. kindly advise on a way forward to enable me book appointment as the system still recognize my hotmail address.
