How can Jesus Christ be unconditionally given when even Jesus Christ Himself said in Matthew 11 vs 28 - 30, that He did not come for all but only for those who are weary and heavy-laden?

What you view there in bold Red is God's very own condition as declared by Jesus Christ.

Only those who believe can have eternal life... those who don't can have it meaning the unbelievers who reject Jesus Christ perish in their graves, just as God had set for them to before Jesus Christ.

God's grace to all men is indeed Jesus Christ but only those who believe in Jesus Christ can receive God's grace that is Jesus Christ.

God gave us Jesus unconditional but our acceptance of salvation is conditional to eternity that's making use of God's grace to please God and self discipline against sin.
