The main thing sef is about the financing from this non-descriptive entity. $5b is not chicken change that such an entity can go to the markets and source. BY the way I'm yet to fathom why this govt especially Umahi is obsessed with giant projects that are mostly not realistic looking at our financial encumbrances. Lagos - Calabar, Sokoto-Badagry, Trans Sahara etc.
