These are two different certicates and its a waste of time and resources trying to equate what is not equal. In my own opinion what should be done is to close the wide gap between the two. Like the British system where u spend a year to get degree unlike Nigeria where it may take an upwards of 3years to get a degree. They should just reduce the number of years it takes to get a degree .Period!!!
