Well, he was embarassed in the media...but one thing he did not do was stab the trans woman or organise thugs to kill her. Maybe because he was a celeb...too well known...so if anything happens to them, wahala go dey. The police will find out too easily. It's not easy being a celeb.

As much as someone might be dissapointed that the woman who he thought was dating was actually a biological male...at the end , how much does it cost to say 'Sorry, Im not into trans women'...and move on. Instead of resorting to violence...and in a country where the law is looking for people to scapegoat in attacks on LGBTQ people. LIke the two people, a guy and a girl in the UK who stabbed their trans classmate to death. Now they are in jail...for what.?


I am saying this because you guys may japa to oversease...and if you are thinking of that, may God prosper you....and even if you are staying in Nigeria...remember that while it is OK to be angry, it is how you respond to dissapointments that determine your level of maturity. And may prevent you from staring at the four walls of a prision for the rest of your life..(remember no matter how comfortable prision is, IT IS STILL PRISION.).

I think you should reconfirm from your dad, there is no way he will currently be increasing rent as you said. He probably did as you said years ago when the naira was stable. I get your point but I see land as long term investment not fast buy or build and make money back with 6 years, as for my dad,he just tries to be considerate I guess, as for my increments, 40 percent 2 yrs ago, almost 100 percent now, do you find them reasonable?

Let me break it down for you
1. Your One Panel 18V 30W:
Means that if the efficiency is 100%, as long as the sun is up, the maximum load it can carry is 30W between 9am and 5pm (8 Hours)
If there is no NEPA (Mains Electricity), it means you can use 60W of power for 4 Hours OR 120W for 2 Hours
2. Your battery capacity of12V 12AH Lead-acid battery
Mean that at full capacity, it can store at 100% efficiency 144W of Energy
it means that at best you can use up to 144W of Energy for 1 Hour OR 72W of Energy for 2Hours
3. Your Inverter of 220V 150W.
Mean that at 100% Efficiency, you cannot plug loads up to 150W without blowing up the inverter. This is the maximum power you can draw from it if your battery capacity will allow it.

Now, you are driving it with a load of 95W OX fan
Laptop at 65W

Let me shock you that the efficiencies of solar panel that is properly optimised is less that 50% from the rating
Your Battery can have 80% Efficiency only when brand new, as you use it (especially when overloading it) the efficiency can drop to 40%

So, don't use your inverter for your fan or laptop, restrict it to giving you lights at night.
Don't even bother augmenting with extra panels or batteries because it will still waste your money



Recommendation: Even though costly
1. Two Deep cycle Batteries of at least 200AH capacity
2. Three to Four Solar panels
3. Charge controllers rated for the four panels with a power not less that 1200W
4. Inverter (Sine Wave) of at least 1500W (Much higher is better)
Less is a waste of investment

My Small Advice!

I knew you would type lots of things you dont know, paper value isnt knowledge, panel efficiency, thermal solar coefficients, battery dod, mppt vs pwm, inverter efficiency and heat loss.... You get plenty to learn about practical.
