gowonmaharajah: well, maybe you are wrong. the real aim of cultism initially has been long messed up by our youths.you know how Nigerians mess everything up,even the good things.
and how did he introduce Buhari to Nigerians? weren't everybody visibly vexed and tired of Jonathan's administration? everybody wanted him out of office that year.it's a fact you can't deny. By 'everybody', I guess you are generalizing it? Well I don't. I was never a fan of buhari right from day 1. I will rather choose the lesser evil which was GEJ. I have always opined that Buhari never had ideas even when he was campaigning but people decided to vote based on emotions and pity while some of us voted logically. And yes. He introduced Bubu to Nigerians because he is influential and an opinion leader. Nigerians love opinion leaders. |

With all his great mind, I am tempted to say he is one of the reasons why Nigeria is like this. From introducing secret cult to our universities in his young age to introducing that disaster (bubu) to Nigerians in his old age. Happy birthday sha |
Education › Re: Private Schools Teachers To Protest On Monday Over Nonpayment, School Closure by crazygod(m): 6:41pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
dadebayo1: A good manager should know priorities and learn to think outside the box sir... I am a stakeholder in the education sector so i know what i am saying sir... Trust me any school that fails to pay salary and use covid as an excuse is a Mushroom school and should be closed down.... 20k school fee is not and should never be an excuse... Payment of salary should be of priority to the school management at a time like these... If management cannot run things in school with reserve for upto 6months then they have no business in school management.. Let us stop pushing blame on Govt everytime... Teachers should hold school management responsible for poor finance and not Govt You obviously don't own a school so there is no point in arguing with you. Paying two million for salary alone monthly to staff will cripple a school if it doesn't make income termly. I can deduce that your level in stakeholding in the education industry is not in the level of school management. Just so you know, school owners have families they take care of. We can go on till December without the schools opening. This protests I am very sure is for the interest of teachers not school owners. |

dadebayo1: Trust me if the school owners want to pay they will pay.... Even with 20k fees.... How much do they even pay staff self that they are refusing to pay salaries? It is a business and they should run it effectively... I repeat only mushroom schools will refuse to pay staff using covid as an excuse.... So they cannot manage to sustain the school for three months ? It is just so sad and we should all join hands in telling them the truth.... They are all wicked souls cashing in on the economic situation of things to cheat staff You think its all black and white. Let me fill you in on the happenings in school finances. 1. State Govt dues alone at their cut throat rate can destabilize a school if not managed well especially in Lagos 2. Local govt still collect their fees. As far as its a business venture, you can't escape local govt fees 3. PAYE + Owners Assessment 4. Utility bills. NEPA, Lawma 5. Miscellaneous E.g Working Equipments, Fuel etc and that's daily and weekly 6. Salaries. And all this comes from 20k per term and that's even if you can collect all the fees. You think running a school is rosy? Think again |
Education › Re: I Am Not Against Online Teaching, But What About Us? Photo by crazygod(m): 12:18pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
Even the online teaching can't be monitored. You ask a student question via WhatsApp platform for instance, it will take the child 30mins to reply perhaps due to network inconsistency or they are busy with social media. Even if you use zoom app, there is still the matter of network glitch and heavy data costs. You can't underestimate the importance on real time/live teaching |
Education › Re: Private Schools Teachers To Protest On Monday Over Nonpayment, School Closure by crazygod(m): 12:03pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
dadebayo1: Only mushroom private schools cannot afford to pay then... I know what i am saying and i am talking from an informed view... Any private school owing teachers should be closed down... They have no business in running a school.. Go and find out some schools are not owing any teachers.. So are the proprietors saying they cannot sustain schools for about three months without school fees? What happened to all the previous fees colected by them? School business is not for people that fail to think outside the box.... We should stop giving excuses for school owners to exploit staff.. Stop generalizing. Not all schools collect huge sums of money as school fees. Private schools in the suburbs collect 20k as fees and still not all the children pay up. Now how would such school owners pay salaries. You guys talk like this because you have the opportunity of sending your children to schools on the Island or G.R.A etc. |

Salah created chances for both Mane and Firmino today but Nick Pope just spoilt the party. I have also noticed that our strikers dey fear shoot ball. They just prefer to place balls. Assuming them carry that kain Stevie Gerrard or Suarez shot fire Nick Pope, he go dey fear come Anfield |
