City does not have a second eleven of quality players that can compete for the major titles

For the sake of space and time, I will just name two positions that have a first and second team. No 11, Sterling, Foden and Jack Grealish plays there. No 7, You have Mahrez and Bernado Silva. These guys are extremely good players that will walk into any first team of any club.

This is why I rate Salah very highly. Teams like Man City have a very good second 11 so they always have to fight for their shirt/spot. But you see this Liverpool, nobody is competing with Salah for his shirt, yet he is delivering day in day out cos obviously, Jota isn't really functioning well at that right wing.

I wish Gini was still in Liverpool, this is the kind of game he thrives most. Origi picked a wrong time to get injured. But I love the way our boys are playing.

Good game. But some things I noticed in this match
1. A lot of unnecessary back passes
2. Sloppy and very soft passes that any good opponent will take advantage of
3. Konate easily loses focus. He is a good defender but maybe just a little above average.
4. Klopp loves to take risk. You could have started firmino and Minamino in the beginning before subbing them after we have buried the game.
5. Curtis Jones jokes a lot on transition and most times end up dulling the game.
