I'm a beginner music producer, and I keep messing a lot with my daw, music, listening to a bunch of songs, and playing guitar. The problem that I am having now is ringing ears. It might be tinnitus.

I don't want to lose my hearing. That would be devastating, and I'm also scared for my ears. I don't know how to take care of them and return them to normal.

I want my ears to be healthy. If you guys have any suggestions, please post them in the comments.
