The benefits of Android one are numerous but one that stands out is Android upgrades. There is an unfortunate problem with phones these days most especially with Nigerian users.. This has do with "hybrid trays" use only 2 sims and no sd card or one sim and one sd card on a 32gb or 64gb internal memory. I dont know if the Samsung has a dedicated sd card slot but based on your explanation the Nokia is no for me except if you are a single sim user and don't play large size games,plenty songs/videos.. Then go for the nokia.
