We wrote you guys, this thing is very simple, you say you want pharmacy or nothing so what we will do for you is to allow your names remain in the pool and see if they are picked. If you guys change mind and say you want to apply for other courses where they are vacancies, chances are you would get selected there. Alternatively you can proceed to the private universities where you have pharmacy and start, for me that will be the best advice we can give.

I'm very shocked Unilorin weren't accredited. It's the same feeling if I heard UI lost Medicine accredition.

Yes. I think Smartkid mentioned it here sometime ago he was offered admission. Admission there is not generally difficult(combination of oral interview and general questions). To enter nor be wahala, na to survive the tough academic process be koko.

Thanks for the correction. Yeah you're right. Every accredited Pharmacy school in Nigeria is good. Pharmacy accredition nor easy to get, e also dy easy to lose.

Omo if na me wey dy left with these options, I'd chose Madonna, losing another one year is pointless when Madonna is also good at Pharmacy. When you graduate nor be the same certificate you go get? You'll work where other Pharm graduates work. So I see no issue here so long he is financially stable. That one year em go use do Basic, em fit use am run em Msc for say Pharmaceutical science(1yr + 6months) at Unilag or abroad. So long he does not fail any course and SPILLS(Remain at school to pass failed courses) or get suspended at school for breaking rules, he is bound to finish in 5years. No strike.

Personally, since he has the money, if he can face just his studies and obey school rules, Madonna will be okay for him. If he should go for Basic who is even sure he will get admitted next year again.
My sister faced similar situation in the past and she took the wrong shot and is now regretting it. My dear go for Madonna. Study hard and become a good Pharmacist, your school and family will be proud of you. I'll stop here, if he was smart he will make a wise decision.
