That person selling cement is a fraudster. No cement exist. You will eventually be asked to pay some money at some point before delivery. One guy was duped 600k+ here for cement that was never delivered.

Our deliveries have the pay-on-delivery option and most of our payments are done by online bank transfer. This is done to secure the transactions and reduce risk to our customers, many of whom have come from Nairaland.

We will appreciate it if you stop giving companies like us who are doing a lot to give the buyers convenience and confidence bad names, else we will be forced to report you to the moderators on this forum.

Yes, we deliver to PHC and minimum order is 100 bags. Only orders from 600 bags upwards are priced at 1,550 naira per bag.
If your order is below 600 bags, let us know so we can work out favorable pricing for you. Let us know your exact location in PHC too.
