The money is not a problem but who knows after the payment is made they can turn to ghost mode

You are right, and there won't be any way to get the money back. We shall triumph.

Saw this on Gain Healthcare Page on Facebook and decided to share.

For clarity (this post isn’t just for those in Zimbabwe as we receive applications from Nigeria, Namibia,
Malawi, Kenya, etc)

1. Our admin fees are refundable if you don’t qualify (but we won’t accept any admin fees unless you actually meet our criteria and you have interviews well)

2. Our admin fees are fully refundable after you have worked the full duration of your working visa. (This is our thank you for your service)

The reasons these fees are in place, is how much we have have to invest in each candidate. Yet we are at a risk of losing the candidate anytime if they choose. This is our way of protecting the “contract”:

The above is what big companies like the NHS etc have in place and it’s called an exit clause.

Admin fees cover :

1. Document verification
2. Administrative work (calls etc)
3. Training (£400 deduction if you already have our training)
4. Accomodation
5. Company car
6. Insurance
7. Fuel
8. Food
9. DBS
10. Practical training
11. Uniforms
12. ID badges
13. PPE

It costs a lot to recruit a candidate and we are finding that care work is not for everyone. Some struggle to do the job when they arrive. So they decide to leave “as long as they are in the UK” some say.

Please be advised. Only apply if you truly understand the terms and conditions. Please be prepared to go through the full process and be patient as the process is via a mutli team. We have no control over the time scales of visa, home office, etc.

Requirements are :

1. IELTS test
2. Driving license
3. Training
4. TB test
5. Covid vaccines
6. Police clearance
7. Hep B vaccine

Kindly apply if you have the requirements.
