We warned this simp to stand firm, but choose to play dumb in the name of peace brokered by Tinubu. The same Tinubu that fought OBJ like his whole life depended on it.

The house can now restart his Impeachment.

Fubara, match your words with actions.

You said no price is too big to pay for peace and that you will implement the letter and spirit of the resolutions reached with the president, so what is the problem?

Which kind of yeye style of governance is this? Government of confusion.

This period is the worst period be a Nigerian youth ,the government has completely crippled and humiliated us. The economy is very bad and even worse, things are getting out of hand every blessed day.

My problem with Nigerians are our spirit of adaptation , I can promise you dat if fuel sells for 5k per litre people would still buy after complaining heavily , cause thats all we do ,complain bitterly but everyone would at d end of the day find ways to adapt.

For how long are we going to continue this way for christ sake? Almost all the youth are into one fraudulent activity or the other these days and the most decent looking ladies have a very troublesome amount of body count these days as well.

How I wish we can all in our frustrations pay Tinubu a visit at Aso rock , atleast make we protest heavily reach him side cus im fed up honestly.

I'm a bachelor but im still managing like a student , bills upon bills and worst you dont even get to enjoy for these services you pay for at all.

You cant even find an understanding girlfriend anymore in this country. Omo make I stop here before I go craze , Nigeria matter fit make man craze .

Family / Re: Men/guys Plz Stop Encouraging/producing Baby Mamas by Cromagnon: 3:12pm On Jan 25
Rich4god:
As strange as this may sound, let's stop encouraging baby mamas, it's not a good thing to do or to be proud of.

These days I hear most guys say that they won't marry, they would rather look for a lady who will be their baby mama. Some guys are even planning to have multiple baby mamas.

Well, which lady in her right sense would want to be a baby mama. Aren't you even ashamed that you call yourself a baby mama. Like the purpose of coming to life is not even to be a mother and a wife, but a baby mama who might be left alone if the guy succeeds in taking away the child from you.

Anyway, that's not the main purpose of creating this thread.

This is an HYPOTHESIS...

I have come to realise that most children raised by baby mamas/single mothers are very wild and lack morals. They are usually toxic inside of them and very disrespectful, no shame, no atom of responsibility in them and they always behave as if they have no parental guidance.

It's seems like a woman alone should not be left with the sole responsibility of training a child from childhood through teenage ages. Women do not have the mental capacity to do such and so the child doesn't turn out well.

It's a different game when a woman lost her husband and is left alone with the children. In this case, 60-70% of the time, the husband's relatives helps the woman to train the child. But that's not the case of baby mamas/single mothers.

Most baby mama/single mothers do not usually have the support of relatives due to the circumstances surrounding the child they are bearing, and so they are left all alone in training the child... and in greater percentage of the time, the child is not trained "rightly and homely".

My appeal goes to the men, if you need a child, go and adopt one... If you need one carrying your blood, better get married and join hands with your wife in giving your child the required parental guidance they need.
go and force them na

Lies. The higher the roof the higher the angle of elevation which reduces the impact of rain on the roof and increases durability.
On high-slope rooftops, gravity makes any moisture from water to be quickly channelled t down into gutters. The lower the slope, the longer moisture lingers on the rooftop where it degrades materials and turns weak spots into leaks

Nairaland / General / Re: Before You Return Lost Money Make Sure You Negotiate Your Cut Before Returning by Cromagnon: 5:56pm On Jan 23
sukkot:
Listen the LORD works in mysterious ways and one of the ways he tries to bless you is by making one person lose their money ( some form of punishment) and then he would make you find it.

However you finding can be a test and a blessing. If it’s just a bag with money in it and nothing else then it’s a blessing. But if someone’s particulars and address and phone number is in it then it is a test. However you are not expected to be a thief and neither are you expected to be stupid either. There are many greedy people in this world who you will find say for example their 10 million Naira and when you return it they will only give you 1000 Naira as reward.

So do not be stupid. What you do is this, you call the person, hypothetically speaking let’s say it’s 100 million Naira, you call the person and say listen I found your money and I can either disappear now and you end up with zero, or you can let me have 20 million as reward and I will drop 80 million. Think about what you will like to do and I will call back. Of course unless it’s a mad person, he would rather have 80 million than zero and he has no choice but to agree. This way you negotiated yourself a nice blessing out of the money you found. No karma and no spiritual repercussions.

But make sure when you want to drop the money off after you have removed your 20 million, you don’t meet the guy in person . Agree for a place for him to pick it up. Say an upscale gyms locker room and tell him the exact time to come and where to get the key of the locker then you hide somewhere and watch to make sure he comes pick up his money.
your a thief
I will rather pay 99 million somebody to find you and make you regret stealing my money

So I went to purchase some household items at a popular joint in Ikotun. I requested for four painters of garri and was told 10k!! I had to repeat my request that it was four painters and not half bag oo. The seller smiled and confirmed the price.
WTF!! 10k for just four painters of garri, that means a painter will go for 2k.
I sadly had to cut my budget to meet up with the money I had at hand. On my way home, I kept wondering how ordinary Nigerians like us will survive if things keep on skyrocketing like this.

Anyone buying bank shares at this moment may be gambling.

Most banks may approach the stock market to raise capital in the event of a 900B recapitalization.

After such public offerings, share prices usually settle down to market values which is the best time to buy.

Most bank shares now are overvalued and those that know will quietly divest their shares while the gullible will buy and start recording capital depreciation.

This Long expected recapitalization would shore up their resilience to external shocks and engender depositors confidence in the banking sector.

Expected by who

With such huge capital base, our banks would become big players in financing huge projects instead of government always running to the Chinese Exim bank or AfDB for loans.

Which project did they did they finance last time

This may lead to bank mergers and some outright "hostile takeovers" but the industry would be better for it.

To be clear: the article mentioned that Governor Soludo didn't enact the law. The governor wanted them to abide by an existing law, which, if we are being honest, is very reasonable. I am just wondering the essence of spending a lot of money to bury people who are dead. Sometimes, with the way the so-called clergy behaves, you begin to wonder if they actually have the spirit of God in them.
Is it your money?

These are the same people that usually give crazy terms and conditions to bereaved families before they can participate in funeral rites.
Did the bereaved families complain?

Throwing a big party for dead people doesn't send them to heaven. The last time I checked: Catholics believe in praying for the dead so that God can accept their souls, not throwing a big party to impress people.
are you a Catholic? How do you know what we believe?
