Kuwait is a better option,if your brother is hardworking. I will like to know what type of job your brother is going to do. I have a nephew that has been there for about 2 years now,and he is doing well. I asked about the job, because the job Nigerians do mostly if they are not professional is driving and security job. Ask the agent well before you make that payment. Another thing that I notice is the amount the agent is charging you. 4m or less should be able to send him there.
