You have obviously never bought a piece of land in your life. if you have any property you would know that nobody can disturb you after you have finished building a now and you have your documents....
You lowlifes will just be running your mouth....

They have been disturbing him, is he the only house owner around there? He is educated why did he take the case up legally and present his documents showing he truly owns the property?
Again I condemn the demolishing of his house but this is questionable

The question is : Does he have documents for the property?

It is totally wrong for the house to be demolished.

But as an educated person who has even lived outside the country, if he has documents he won't be online begging for help
But if he is as educated as he says yet doesn't know that he needs to have documents for the property then we need to actually question that education....

Those omonile know say e no get documents na why them get mind run am street

High IGR Isn’t Always a Sign of True Progress

Rising internally generated revenue might look good on paper, but it can sometimes paint a misleading picture of a region’s real economic health. Here’s why relying too much on IGR for measuring growth can miss the mark:

1. It Doesn’t Mean People Are Actually Better Off
When a region collects more revenue, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the economy is growing in a way that benefits everyone. Sometimes, the government increases taxes or adds more fees, which raises revenue but leaves people with less money to spend, save, or invest in their own futures. True economic growth should improve people’s lives, not just fill government accounts.

2. Higher IGR Can Add Pressure to Everyday People and Small Businesses
When governments aim to increase revenue quickly, they sometimes create new taxes or raise existing ones, often affecting small businesses and regular folks. This can make it harder for businesses to grow and thrive, and it can discourage new businesses from starting up. Economic growth should make it easier—not harder—for people and businesses to succeed.

3. It Doesn’t Show Whether the Economy Is Fair for Everyone
Just because IGR is rising doesn’t mean everyone is doing well. For example, a region could see higher IGR from taxes that affect certain groups more heavily, like small business owners or renters. This can actually increase inequality, leaving the gap between the wealthy and less well-off even wider.

4. Short-Term Fixes Can Hurt Long-Term Progress
Governments sometimes boost IGR by creating one-time fees or taxes. This raises money in the short term but doesn’t build a sustainable path for long-term growth. True economic growth requires a stable base—like supporting new industries, building infrastructure, and creating jobs—rather than just relying on temporary revenue spikes.

5. Focusing on Revenue Alone Can Miss the Bigger Picture
When governments focus mostly on collecting taxes, they can overlook the real investments needed to grow the economy, like building roads, improving education, or supporting healthcare. These are the things that help create jobs, attract new businesses, and ultimately improve quality of life. Revenue is important, but it’s just one piece of the puzzle.

---

So, What Really Matters?

For a more meaningful view of economic growth, we need to look beyond high IGR. Real growth happens when people see better job opportunities, fair wages, better schools, and affordable healthcare. Sustainable progress should lift the whole community, not just add to government funds. When we see the economy this way, we focus on building a future that benefits everyone, not just a bottom line.

ogunsanya needs to push this message to his ronu brothers...
they need to stop masturbating when they hear high IGR, with nothing to show.

Is the useless journalist not mad for working against movement of Rice into Lagos? Does the vagabond not know that will force a reduction in the current price?

The head of the smuggling ring should send his boys after this vagabond and do the needful. This is an enemy of the masses

What a pity.

Granted that rice is smuggled everyday, but the allegation seems to be exaggerated.

I do not agree that each car can carry 65 bags of rice. If Soyombo said mini trucks, then that would be understandable. Did he make an error or he did not understand it all?

Hopefully this APC government can allow rice import once again, so that the price of rice can reduce in the markets.
Your problem is not wether the gist is true but the exaggeration, according to you grin

It's well oo

Maresca is beginning to look foolish to me....firstly palmer should be roaming that pocket of space on the right and not the left...he has rendered that boy less efficient in the last 3 games...how do u play ur most creative player out of position ..
Madueke has no business starting for now ..he has been rubbish ....he keep dropping a below par performance and he keeps getting minute ..mudryk for example should be tried once again in that team...with Pedro shifting to the left ..he gives something different and better

If palmer doesn't click in the first half ...hack him off and bring in nkunku or joao....any of the boys not giving enough hack them off in the first half and bring someone to show wat he has...the depth is enough for u to win games and be on the front foot for 90 minutes..the team lacks attacking patterns and creativity
This your analysis go sweet for FC24 PS5.
