3. Can I purchase gift cards with a virtual dollar card?

4. What is the best way to send 500 dollars to the US at bank rate?

1. I don't think you can send money with a virtual card. They're meant to help you make purchases.

2. Platforms like grey(.)co and geegpay(.)africa can be used to send money abroad (and also receive) and they both have USD virtual cards. The only downside is that they both uses black market rate. UBA Africard (dollar) uses bank rate.

3. Yes and Yes.

4. A domicilliary account, but that'll take a long process if you don't already have one. You can also get UBA africard, load it at bank rate and send the money to PayPal, then from PayPal to a US bank.

It's very annoying really. I think they do it delibrately to prevent their users from using the cash out feature.

Imagine two matches from the same league playing at the same time and the live odds for one of the matches will be off for the entire duration of the match for no reason.
