BluePearls: Sorry bout that.. you could use the data monitor app if you're on 10.3 or look for an Andriod app which can do same to monitor your usage.

BluePearls: Probably some app draining your battery. Why not check on 'device monitor' to know which app is the culprit.
On the other hand, use the BBVE app to check gge health of your battery.

cupid4ig: officially the os ur phone is asking u to update is the latest one. Now the os 10.3.0.1052 is a leaked os (it's not official) and blackberry have said the existing BlackBerry 10 smartphone users will not get this 10.3.0**** but we will get 10.3.1.****. But if u want to have a feel of the os that will be coming next then u can
install the leak os 10.3.0.1052 but u have to download it to ur system to be able to install it cos it's not official. On which is better 10.3 is better but because it's not made for public use first u might have some issues. But all in all they are good. Hope u understand now

amadika: I had this same problem with my sister's q10 on MTN. We even went as far as retrieving the sim but the problem was still there.
The solution to that problem is put it on another phone and do a normal Internet subscription then your sim will start working fine (data wise)
