BluePearls: Go to blackberry world from your desktop browser.. Google is your friend.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, mine worked after few reboots and sometimes it just works on its own. If all else fails, the last resort is to do a security wipe.

BluePearls: Please try that and let's know if it worked. another work around is you could open from a desktop and see if you can access and update from there.

BluePearls: I experienced this sometime ago and it just resolved itself, couldn't tell how it happened. Try hard reset if you haven't, then update the BlackBerry world.

I have a problem with my glo sim cad on my z10.. subsription is nt workin. And in my network settings it says d sim cad isnt compatible.. is dat ment to b so?...pls help
