I will say fiverr. I have also earned from fiverr. Most of the other sites requires you write a test which you must pass before your profile can be approved. On fiverr you only need to create a good profile that looks convincing to a client and why you are the best person for the job. I will advice you create a good profile and then start bidding for jobs. peradventure you get the job, you would have your first rating and I feel it would also attract other clients who come across your profile to give their task to you.
