New Voice on the Scene, Daniel Oni, premieres a brand new classic “Prayer of Thanks” A Jazz-fusion singer and songwriter-not signed to any label; Daniel Oni, is back with a brand new classic. The unforeseen project is here as a Big Bang to most. Daniel threads a path less traveled proving his mettle in versatility and originality. As a main, this classic piece is highlife and jazz, fused together, also containing his acoustic signature and voice skillfully blending major & minor notes. While containing a very African feel, it is universal at best and leads one to the realms of the spirit. The verses are extracted from the 70 days prayer and fasting programme (an annual spiritual exercise of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries) booklet. Trusting Daniel Oni to edify you is possibly one of the best choices you can make, glory to the Holy Spirit! Credit to producer, Darrypee - Daniel’s longtime producer, director for creating such a stunning piece. This song is the ultimate classic. Remember the great feelings you had when you first fell in love? The feeling like your world revolved around the other person and that all you needed was love? Do you think all you need to sustain your relationship is love? Oh well, Often times when we fall in love, we feel our emotions would last forever. New partners/couples rarely think about the other things they need to put in place in sustaining a long-term relationship. [urlhttps://www.crystalmag.com.ng/2018/08/this-is-why-your-partner-left-you-in.html]READ: This Is Why Your Partner Left You In Pieces.[/url] Some think love is all about the whole body chemistry, which is not. Emotions alone can never sustain your marriage, because a time would definitely come when you wouldn't even feel anything for your partner. Emotions and beauty fades. Dear Ladies, Do not stay with a guy just because he has an handsome face. Dear Men, Beauty is not the basic attribute to look out for in a woman. When love and beauty fades, the nature of your relationship begins to change and the ingredients that can help sustain your long-term relationship/marriage is Communication, Trust and Respect. Love is essential and it's comes first, but without the three keys i itemized above, you can never sustain a long term relationship. Now let me share a story with you. I got into a relationship with a cool and handsome guy, with my emotions at it's peak. We were always around each other as we managed to pull through and managed ourselves for 3 years. And Eventually we broke up and we our separate ways. We had issues, but no one around us knew we had issues. We had our individual differences we couldn't just sort out and handle and also we thought the whole body chemistry was all available to sustain us and make our relationship grow. Little did we know that we need some ingredients to spice up and also sustain our relationship. Good communication, Trust and Respect. Our relationship lacked Trust and Respect as we were always on the phone, communicating always. We couldn't handle the missing Keys, as we had to let go. Communication is one of the secrets of sustaining a long-term relationship/marriage. This is synonymous to saying peace is the solution to war. Always communicate with your partner. I'm not talking about spending hours on the phone like i did with my ex-partner. I mean always speak the "ME" language to your partner. Your partner always want to know what's going on in your mind. When your partner talks, always be ready to listen. Two great people can never agree unless they work together, give listening ears and be ready to spice up and make it worth dying for. Always communicate effectively and intimately. It helps a lot. Read More :https://www.crystalmag.com.ng/2018/08/is-love-all-you-need-in-sustaining.html

Have you always had the notion that Sundays are just meant for church services or mosque services? Or are you the type that feels Sunday is meant for just washing of clothes? If yes, then you are wrong? Sunday as the first day in the week is no doubt , a day that is meant for weekly preparation of daily activities, especially for the working class set of people. While it is also a day, set aside for religious activities. In this article, I would lay more emphasis on ways in which you can enjoy your Sundays even after a stressed religious activity or basic preparation for Monday. Things You Can Do On Sundays Aside Religious Things:- KP NO 1. Pick a spot and Hang-Out With Friends. We over rate the company of friends and hanging out with them. Though some may say we can hang-out with friends on Fridays and Saturdays but we all know how stressful Fridays can be especially after the day's work. While Saturdays are meant for basic activities like rearranging the house, wash cloths, and do other things. Call a friend, hang-out with them, go to places you wish to be like the cinema, the mall, amusement parks, a friends house, cool garden, the pool, visit parents/grand parents houses together. As for couples on the other hand, you can cook and invite friends over. These things strengthens relationship/friendships. KP NO 2. Interesting Photo-shoot. It's not until you have big or very important things to do before you think of having a photo-shoot. Take your family/friends and if possible 'enemies' out on a photo shoot. This can be done to keep memories of your loved ones in place as well as preserving history. KP NO 3. Have a "Me" Time "Me Time" here means personal time. Personal Time is the time set aside for yourself to grow mentally. It helps build you as a person, helps reminisce on your self as an individual. You could have a "me" time before hanging out with friends. Engage yourself in personal activities that gives you joy. Remember, our joy doesn't depend on anyone. Long Distanced relationship is a very important type of relationship, of which many Individuals' time and years of commitment have been wasted in building this. This has worked for some people and it actually helped in building a strong family foundation, while some still think, Long distanced relationship doesn't just worth it. For, a lady like me, I've had long distanced relationships whereby the guy involved later cheated on me, broke the communication line and eventually went off. Not that i was perfect or he was perfect enough, Things just went wrong and now I've come to a full understanding of why and how things went wrong and we really had to go our separate ways. I'd be sharing some key points with you, these key points were inspired by a relationship talk show and also by couples who maximized their Long-distance relationship before the "Happily Ever After" Took place. Sharing this on this platform never came to my mind until i woke up this morning and felt Someone needs these to make their long-distanced relationship work. Relationship is a very beautiful thing, we all have a past that sucks, but that shouldn't affect your present relationship, be it a long-distanced type or a normal situation whereby your partner stays in the same state and town. Hi there! I'm here for you, and I'm here to help you boost your love relationship. Good communication is of great importance in relating with your spouse, and also contributes greatly to the growth of your relationship. We are different in characters and it's impossible for you to have the same behavior with your partner. Different people with different views and approaches to different acts and spheres. Here are 8 solid rules for good and effective communication with your partner. Rule 1: Whatever you say, say it with love The more difficult something is to hear, the more gently and tenderly it must be said. Always ensure that what you have to say needs to be said with Love. Apply wisdom always when talking to your partner, Remember, your partner can really be vulnerable to clap back with harsh words. Rule 2: Timing is essential. Don’t try to talk about a difficult subject when the house is in chaos. Learn to understand the atmosphere and how it works with time. Make a date, talk to your partner after you've had a good meal. Don’t try to talk when your partner is getting ready to drift off to sleep. Rule 3: Don't beat around the bush, Get to the point. Don’t say more than you have to. Give your partner the bottom line first, then go back and sketch in the details. He/She’ll understand more of what you’re saying. If your partner really wants more information, he/she’ll ask. Rule 4: If your partner is not looking at you, he or she is probably not listening. If you see your partner's eyes drifting, it probably means you’ve said too much. He’/she's lost interest. Get back to the point Asap (As soon as possible). read More on http://www.crystalmag.com.ng/2018/07/relationship-8-rules-for-good.html |

Trust is an essential key factor in a relationship, which determines the status and longevity of a relationship. I have two different questions i'd be laying emphasis on, and here they are: Why do is TRUST so important? What can you do to build mutual TRUST in a relationship? Trust is very important in a relationship as it helps to build strong bond, love and respect and it's something many people struggle with. Trust helps to build an atmosphere of safety and valuable security among partners. Trusting your partner implies that you have confidence in them and you feel secured both physically and emotionally. Partners are meant to build up trust in a relationship, Trusting someone is a choice you make, as you can't demand or prove trust. Here are few tips on building mutual trust in a relationship: Be Free and Sincere It is important that you should be sincere and free when it comes to conversing with your partner. Guys, your lady always want you to talk to her, Ladies, same applies to you, your man needs you to be sincere with him. It's no doubt, that some are not the taking type, They do not speak the "ME" language, which is wrong. How do you expect your partner to know what's going on inside of you, WE all need to be free and sincere with our partner, it's very important. Be Anxious to know more about yourselves It baffles me most times i hear of breakups and sad relationship stories. The most important thing in a relationship is to know more about each other. What's the essence of being in relationship with a stranger. Talk about your families, talk about your opinions and beliefs. It is important not to only know yourselves, but to know the reason why you are in that relationship. Always make yourself available When it comes to availability of both partners, we are not just talking about being together physically, but emotionally. Be ready to listen, support his/her dreams and visions. Always be sensitive to problems, worries and fears. For your partner to trust you, it means you are able to care and cater for his/her needs http://www.crystalmag.com.ng/2018/03/trust-key-factor-for-successful.html

Coconut oil is becoming popular for usage in the kitchen for for skin therapy. It has amazing properties that moisturize the skin. Coconut oil is natural and edible and has a similar texture with petroleum jelly, not sticky or greasy because of our body temperature which is normally above 97F. Coconut oil melts on the skin as soon as you apply it, without leaving any kind of residues. It easily seeps into the skin pores, moisturizing deeply and thoroughly. Here's how to use it: For dry skin, apply coconut oil to your face after washing and drying it lightly with a towel. You need only a small amount since the oil spreads well. Take just ¼ teaspoon oil in the palm of one hand rub it with the other. Apply it on the face with both palms, gently massaging it in. Wait for 5-10 minutes for the oil to absorb into the skin, and wipe away any excess with a soft cotton towel. A thin layer is all you need to prevent moisture loss through evaporation from the skin surface. http://www.crystalmag.com.ng/2018/03/need-to-make-your-skin-glow-try-this.html For oily skin, you can still make use of the moisturizing effect of this oil. Overproduction of sebum is often the result of inadequate skin hydration; it is body’s own attempt to prevent further dehydration. However, extra sebum secretion can cause skin problems like acne, especially when dry. For oily skin, apply warm coconut oil liberally on the face and neck after washing with a mild soap. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water and dry with a soft towel. Repeat this for several days to condition your skin. You may experience an initial flare up of acne, but you can ignore it unless it is too severe. Your skin would eventually reduce sebum secretion. Coconut oil helps to remove natural makeup Have you ever struggled to take your makeup off? No matter what type of makeup you wear, it is always a good idea to take it off before going to bed. Removing it allows your skin to breathe. However, the process of removing makeup can traumatize the soft skin on the face, especially the sensitive area around the eyes. Coconut oil makes this hard task easy on you and your skin. Coconut oil is an excellent grease cutter; it is as good as, or even better than, commercial anti-grease products. If you read the labels of cleaning products, you may come across a coconut-derived detergent agent sodium lauryl sulfate. Chances are, you will find the same ingredient in baby wash care products as well. The point is that it is powerful enough to cut through motor oil and grease while being safe and gentle on baby’s skin. How to use it: To avoid too much rubbing and skin pulling while wiping off the makeup, apply coconut oil all over the face with a cotton ball. Leave it on for 5 minutes and wash off with warm water and mild soap. The main bulk of the makeup should be gone, but you should again apply oil to do a thorough cleaning. Keeping the eyes tightly closed, place cotton pads dipped in coconut oil over them. Within a few minutes, the oil will dissolve waterproof mascara and eyeliner so that you can gently wipe them off. If coconut oil gets into the eyes, it may sting a bit, but it is perfectly safe. In fact, the oil is used in many herbal preparations for eye disease. http://www.crystalmag.com.ng/2018/03/need-to-make-your-skin-glow-try-this.html
