This is my first post here, after a long holiday. The last time a post came up here was sometimes in February, 2019.

I didn't loose my love for my blog, i just had to place some things in track.

For the next couple of minutes, i'll be blessing your view with pictures and details of two easy to prepare breakfast meals, i mean easy to prepare and all you need to do will be done in less than 20 minutes, Yep! 20 minutes.

This is not a food blog, but an entertainment and lifestyle blog, but i trust you find this blog post helpful as you think of what breakfast meal to prepare, tomorrow.


Breakfast is an important meal of the day, yes it's okay if you skip lunch, but skipping breakfast isn't ideal. Breakfast meals are meant to prepare your body for the day's activities and challenges.


Simple Breakfast Meals -Easy to prepare:


HOME-MADE PANCAKE.

Fluffy and tasty! Home-made pancakes are easy to prepare with ingredients you can easily have access to. It's an ideal breakfast meal, you can take these alongside custard like i do, or with syrup, pap and anything you can think of.


Recipe:



2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter


Directions:

Place your sieved flour into a bowl

Ensure you add the baking powder, salt, sugar and a bit of water. Mix thoroughly.



Break your eggs in a separate bowl, Mix thoroughly, pour into the bowl of mixed flour, and mix well.



Add milk, and a bit of sugar again. You can taste to feel the taste.



Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps, leave for about 15 minutes so it could add up(Rise a bit).



Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat.



Scoop the pancake batter onto griddle.



Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping.



Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.

4 slices of bread



Eggs







Direction

Beat the eggs, milk and sugar in a large bowl till

Soak the bread slices one by one in the mixture and coat them well.

Place a fry pan over medium flame and add butter in it. Once the butter melts, put a soaked bread slice and fry it for a minute.

Flip and fry the other side of the bread slice. Repeat the process for all the bread slices. You can garnish the sweet bread toast with maple syrup. Serve hot.

Over the months, I have been asking people around about reasons why Nigerian ladies find it difficult to pay on a date with a guy they like.

When it's time to pay on a date, Most ladies suddenly feel the man is superior, and end up throwing trolls at men on social media, expressing views about gender equality.

Now let's critically examine what a date is all about: A date is an avenue for you to get to know each other. A date should be more of exchanging ideas so you get to understand who you are individually. So much shouldn't be spent on a date unless the man is in the business of impressing women.


Oh well, Ladies are of the opinion that since they are taking good care of her-selves; expensive weave, nails, and all sorts of accessories, the man shouldn't mind taking care of the bills on a date.

It is somehow believed that when a lady stretches out her hands to the waiter for payments, she's therefore emasculating the man she's on a date with, which is wrong. However, it is most times assumed to be disrespectful if a lady shows off her money to people in the outside world explaining how she paid for a date when a man is eating.

There's a point every Nigerian lady should understand, The man is not superior when it comes to paying for date even if he pays. Even if it happened that the lady was asked on a date by the man, oh well, no doubt the man is expected to pay. but on subsequent dates, it's not a bad idea if the lady requests to split the bills into two.

I'm not disputing the fact that if a man loves a woman, he wouldn't hesitate to buy gifts, spend, protect and make her happy.


Here are reasons why it is difficult for some Nigerian ladies to pay on a date:

The GREED FACTOR

Some ladies are no longer interested in meeting and falling in love without wanting to drain the men or being scared of being used. So they drain the opposite sex by putting all their needs on him.

They often feel entitled to a man's money, once it's clear to you that you do not like or desire to have emotional attachment with your date, then it is pointless to lavish his money and turn him down afterwards.

Some ladies have lost their sense of VALUE

Some ladies have lost their sense of value thereby thinking all they need is in a man, having the mindset that his money will give them happiness. The truth is, when a lady finds happiness from within, it automatically places a value on her and unconsciously makes her love and give joy to the man she's seeing.

Ladies, When you love a man, you will be bothered about everything about him and you will easily give and not withhold. Having this mindset that everything a lady needs is in a man, placing their world needs on him, therefore burdening him and pushing him away.

Some do not understand what it means to love. love not lust. A lady who loves and cares about a man's growth and financial stability will never allow the man to pay always on dates. A lady who isn't after show-off on Instagram or Snapchat will propose splitting of bills.

Some Ladies are HAUNTED BY THEIR PAST

Some ladies were givers in their previous relationships and ended up being used which turned them into a bad drainer. They drain any man that comes their way and eventually push them away.Ladies should endeavor to live a balanced life, let go of your past and be your true self .

Some ladies are confused and cease a date as an opportunity to eat all the food they have been seeing online. Paying on dates with a man prevents the man to say unworthy things or feel entitled to taking charge of your body as he wishes and whenever he wants.

If a lady can't split the bills on a date, it is best for her to order what she can afford to avoid stories that touches the heart. Often times, men think after paying on dates, the next thing to do is taking the lady home and having full control of the body. Do not blame them, ladies gave him the audacity to feel so and think it is right.

There is a lot of points i will be laying emphasis on here at the moment.

Almost everyone is conversant with the use of social media and an average Nigerian guy or lady makes use of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

A whole lot of different issues happen every day, keeps me wondering the length at which we all have to keep learning everyday.

I've always been clamoring this, that Relationship is such a good institution, and it's best to stick to someone who is smart, understanding and logical.

Most ladies nowadays, are not in search of smart, knowledgeable and classical guy, all they want is to enjoy money and let's say sex, they are not so much bothered about how and what kind of value they can add to their partner. Oh well, this is where the problem sets in; in a quest to meet all your needs, yeah, its no news that ladies do have a lot of insatiable needs, but you shouldn't depend on the guy.

Y'all can work and relieve the guy of the burden you've placed on him, doing this will make him feel loved, respect you and even treat you with caution. But when your utmost desires are on him, he feels you can't do anything on your own and often times makes him feel you are only after his money and sex.

I've heard a lot from people, and these situations often give birth to touchy stories. Most ladies are often times treated in a bad way or being manipulated by their boyfriends, without reviewing their actions and how they've behaved so far.

What do you expect from a guy who has been providing for your needs, gives you money and all? You expect him not to expect so much from you by meeting his needs

One of his needs you have to meet is his sexual desires, no doubt, you both love yourself and yeah...it's glaring. Sex is one great thing every man wants to enjoy...if you aren't giving it to him, then be ready for him to get it from someone else. I once heard a touchy story of how a lady was being raped by her boyfriend, she wasn't prepared and it was without her consent, that's why it's rape.

Going down their story-line, this lady has been dependent on the guy that even most times, her guy makes her feel useless as nothing, he demands for sex [/b]every blessed day while she's the type who isn't positive about [b]sex....She had all want she wanted, she lacked nothing, but just couldn't satisfy her man, which resulted into raping her....Raping her over and over again.

The point his, know what you want before you say YES to the guy, so at the end of the day, you wouldn't come crying on social media that "My Boyfriend Raped Me" or "Men are Scum".

I strongly believe men are scum because you made them to be...know what you want...it's all about partnership not slavery.

Know what you want, and work on yourself, acquire knowledge everyday and avoid being manipulated by anyone.

Relationships are very interesting and full of passion; gives you one the best feeling you can ever dream of.
Relationships add value to partners when it comes with full support, happiness and peace of mind at its peak. However, relationships can grow sour when partners do not care or invest in each others growth or matters that involves them.
Relationships can grow bad when both parties stop paying attention to little little things that can distract and cause them go off the rail.

It happens everyday in our day-to-day activities, even the strongest and longest of relationships fail and tear apart completely. It happens with the strongest of people, because nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes.

This article will reflect on both personal and general issues, as i will be mentioning few instances in how one of these points affected my relationship.

The points here are the five most common mistakes that break relationships, even the strongest relationships. Let's start;

KP NO 1. Thinking your relationship is the foundation of your happiness.

Partners get so involved in their relationships to the extent that they start seeing it as the foundation/source of their happiness. Do not place a burden on yourself by living with that orientation. That burden is an impossible one to bare for any person regardless of how much they love you, no one should be seen as the foundation of your happiness because no one will ever be able to live up to that level of expectation no matter the quality of love they have for you.

Always remember to find happiness in yourself before you go looking for happiness in others. Be happy independently, with the life you live, with the obstacles you’ve tackled, with the challenges you are currently facing and bring out the happiness from all of these elements, then you can SHARE that happiness with your partner for a very long lasting and healthy relationship.

KP NO 2. Thinking that broken trust can’t be brought back again

When someone breaks your trust, it hurts, it hurts more than we know to handle, but it happens and we all go through it. But the key here is to remember how much you love the person, if you love them enough then you need to have faith in the trust you can remake with your partner.

It’s not going to be an easy task, every next day your mind will tell you to stop working so hard on what can’t be fixed, but slowly and gradually the trust you two once made will come back, maybe not in the stainless form it once was in, but in a fixed state that can be groomed and made stronger than ever. So never lose the faith so easily. Keep Trusting

KP NO 3. Having thoughts relationships should be easy

Relationships are a whole lot of work and aren’t so easy, they are the hardest to maintain and stabilize for a long period of time. When you want to love someone, be prepared for the world you’re entering, because it’s not an easy one in any sense of the word. It comes with challenges, fights, and at times you will feel indifferent about your relationship.

Easy relationships end as quickly and as easily as they start off. Real and pure relationships will have a LOT of ups and downs, maybe more downs than ups. True relationships also require a lot of sacrifice and change, change you might not like, so be prepared to change something about yourself when the time comes. Know that relationships are the most beautiful things in the world, likewise they’re also not a walk in the park.

KP NO 4. Thinking that it’s okay to lie “a little”

No, it's not okay! Don't ever lie to your partner, lying is wrong, regardless of the details. Your lie may be very small and harmless, but it’s still a lie. And once you let yourself be okay with “lying a little”, you’ll slowly move towards the direction of “lying a lot”.

One lie leads to another lie and you’ll soon find yourself in a ruthless web of lies and you have no way to free yourself from that horrible web. So don’t lie, just don’t, the truth may have bad consequences at first but they let you move on without the fear of hiding something and lying about it.

KP NO 5. Not able to share enough time with your partner

I’ve seen some of the strongest relationships break and fade away due to lack of time shared from one side. When you’re with someone, you start a life with them, there’s no “me” anymore, there’s “us” and you need to stay in that frame of mind throughout your relationship if you want to make it work.

You need to make sure you have enough time to not make your partner feel ignored or God forbid, jealous. If you’re someone who can sometimes get “very busy”, don’t commit to anyone, work on your routine and manage your time first. Remember, time is one of the most precious gifts you can give someone and it’s one of the pillars of every relationship.

KP NO 1: Narrow minded.


A guy who has trust issues will always put a restriction on every little things of yours. He will never regard how loyal you are to him.There will be conditions for everything you do. KP NO 2: Promise Breaker.

If a guy keeps on breaking promises, then that means he is either making fool out of you or he is not interested in you. He has got no care for you. If something happens and he was not able to fulfill the commitment once then that is bearable but not for the second time or a third time. NAH

Moreover, you should study him, breaking promises and making excuses always reveals that he considers your relationship as second to one.

Relationship is all about given and take. If you are continuously making an effort to keep the relationship going while he always put you down or put you on the second number, then it is a sure fact that he is not interested in you or does not love you. Never ever think about marrying such a guy.

KP NO 3: Doesn't Consider Relationship Rules.

Every relationships have some rules that governs them. If the guy you are with is not able to keep up with them, it clearly means he has got no respect for you or for the relationship. If he does that again and again, then that is a visible indication that he is not worthy of your time and love.

If a guy consistently thinks that the decision he took , every step that he takes, everything that he will do will turn out to be just perfect, then he must be living in a bubble as he considers himself Mr. Perfect. A student of the Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo State, was yesterday, killed by some suspected cultists.

According to reports gathered from the students of the polytechnic, the victim was killed yesterday evening while coming back from a place where football was shown.

Olaniyi Olalekan, popularly known as Maku, who was refereed to as a stumbling block for cultists, was murdered around Apete/Sango Axis.

KP NO 1: Spirituality Survey

Often times we ignore this aspect and assume your partner is spiritual, just because he attends church services and never miss out in activities in the church. Religion has negatively eaten do deep into us that we now serve God in the way we feel is best to serve Him, instead of the way He wants to be served. Most families or church leaders now insist you marry someone that not only has the same religion, but goes to the same church and all.

Ultimately, religion has become a very big problem in marriage. My dear, it's not about the church our partner attends or not about the department your partner is in church, the most important thing here is to know is your partner is spiritual and if you both can grow together. I mean spiritual level not Religious level. Being spiritual is different from being religious.

You need to find out if your partner believes in God, Love God the ways you do. Check if your partner values the same spiritual things that you value.

Understanding your partner is important and paramount in every relationship.

Understanding your partner is not what you can build up in a day. This requires constant communication and being observant. You don't just walk around in your relationship without paying much attention to your needs and that of your partner.

Misunderstandings often occur when you don't pay attention to every single details and attribute of your partner and oh well, you really can't know everything about your partner. And this is a fact you should understand; We are humans, we grow everyday, We change everyday and our behaviours isn't static.

Men and women don't operate in the same way. We are built to behave differently, as Men are logical creations, while women are wired and driven by emotions. This is also a simple fact everyone needs to understand

These differences do exist in most cases, and have contributed to the ongoing communication gap that destroys our relationships.

As research revealed that her parents have been separated for 17 years.

Juliana popularly known as Toyo Baby, shared a picture on instagram with a caption that reveals her efforts of reuniting the couple.

I know that my Rebirth Fam @rebirthnetwork would be able to relate more with what I am about to share.
Gosh where do I start? My heart is racing…I still can’t believe it. I have prayed for it to happen for 17 years. At some point, I stopped praying about it because nothing changed, things only got worse.
My elder sisters called for a meeting, and between us, we wanted to reconcile my mum and dad but we didn’t tell them about it. I was so afraid. I wondered if they would come or if our plans to bring them back together would work. So, three days before the meeting, I started praying about it. I started imagining them together. I was just doing everything by faith.
On Sunday morning, I had cold feet. I was so afraid. “God, please do it this time”, was my prayer when I entered my late sister’s house for the meeting.
It was a VERY long process but yaaaaaaaay THEY MADE UP  They hugged each other and looked into each other’s eyes and started laughing. Then my mum started crying and my siblings and I joined in the tears of joy…
I’m still in shock.
So fam, wedding bells are ringing  oh
THERE IS NOTHING GOD CAN NOT DO. DON’T STOP PRAYING. DON’T STOP BELIEVING. HE WILL DO IT IN HIS OWN TIME…
