The Niger-deltans should watch this old man bumper to bumper and resist any move by him or his kleptomaniac pal tinubu to entrench ethnic interests in the Delta oil. Btw, I expect every single oil well in the SE to be bought over by south-east indigenes to ensure wealth is retained in the hands of our people. The first step to any economic emancipation is a functioning seaport and a high speed light rail that connects both regions. That would increase the consumer market available for industries substantially which in all truths is the only reason why that geographical space is not Nigeria's biggest commercial hub yet. The Oil and gas fuels to power industries is already there . Most of the Extractive raw materials of Nigerian origin that industries will need is ofcourse also present in the SS/SE in unmatched quantities. 6 Likes |
