Same here, very disappointing and their Phone is switched off.

The annoying part is that it's weekend and one has plans the don't care about it. If they do not work on weekends they should not say anything about delivery and switch off their phones.

Am not really happy at all. Was promised dispatch today and no call, I am the one disturbing you, no message at all to notify if dispatch is possible or not. You said today and no update am just waiting at home. It is not nice.
