I'm not yet in McKinsey but I think with the little research and experiences I have had with them, I can confidently tell you that your chance of passing through the CV screening stage with a second class lower in undergraduate degree, and working with them right after college is nearly impossible. Except otherwise you have a solid explanation and can largely substantiate it with a lot of reasons why you have had a 2'2. A reason like you worked and studied full time simultaneosly while in college??

See the firm value an excellent academic background couple with a strong leadership experience. So I'll advise you work towards breaking into the firm as an experience hire..

Hi, i trust you are doing well. i see you have been on the mckinsey journey for a while now. please i have some questions about the recruitment process i will like to ask you. if you do not mind. i sent a request to email you. many thanks and God bless.
