Did the same however my pop c is late my mum c built her own house so I was the only one..moving to my parents house was expensive initially cos I had to renovate it with modern amenities..tiles, windows, doors,sofas, plumbing..the pumping machine was faulty, the house had an estimated bill of close to 900k at the end of the day spent close to 15m renovating and furnishing the house...could have easily paid 1m to 1.5 yearly and furnished it with 3 to 5 m but I am happy when I finally relocate with my wife to the US can be getting 1m to 1.5m yearly from the said house.
