I did not request for escalation. It was during one of our email conversations that the officer informed me that an escalation has been raised.

This is in reference to your timeline wherein August 4th indicated "escalation".

It is a process where issues/enquiries that cannot be handled by the customer service centre will be redirected to someone whose job is specifically to handle such.

After your interview, you'll be given a document that contains your information and checklists. It is more like collection slip. You also need a form of identification carrying your picture and name as it is on your passport. That is it.

Just to let everyone know, all the emails I got today were from TLScontact Centre.
I haven't received any email from ukvi nor from Sheffield.
The only email I got from Sheffield was on 17th July regarding ECO.

I have gone past worrying. I am on the waiting game. Today is my 30th working day after biometrics and still no decision mail.

Please approve or disapprove as being correct!!

1. Someone said the intended date of travel and the school resumption date is always taken into consideration when issuing Tier 4 visa.
2. Tier 4 visa are issued for 30days validity period
3. The visa starts reading from the date of issue
4. Hence, the visa will not be issued until AT LEAST 30 days pre-departure or pre-resumption

Someone already posted: it only works if your application has been decided.

They probably must have decided on your application, it won't cost much to stroll to their office to find out why, your package might have been waiting for collection.

The other status are still in Red. Although they have also changed from

'tma__application_decision_made'
'tma__passback_from_consulate'
'tma__passport_returned'

to

'Decision Made'
'Ready for Collection'
'Passport Returned'

They are all unchecked and in Red.

Please, is there anyone with the following experience :

I checked my tslcontact website this morning to track my status as usual. The last update has been

'tma__application_submitted'
'tma__application_transferred_to_dmc'
'tma__application_received_by_dmc'.

But this morning it changed to

'Application Submitted'
'Transferred for Decision'
'Received by UKVI'

I know it appears on d site as though d check status is for only UK applicants but its not...d lady I told u applied at v.I and got her decision on Aug ist, was able to track her status dere...others on this site have used dar site too....ur status ll change dere first b4 u get any emails from TLS...

Honestly I've tried it and what I get is 'the Reference number has not been recognised'.
However, kindly get the link she used and post it here Pls. Also it will be good to know which of the references gave her the status.

The only tracking option is through TelePerformance Centre web page. On it still awaiting decision. I have also had email conversations with ukvi on my application. They said "awaiting decision". As per the link you mentioned, I have tried it, it's only for applications made within the UK.
So, still waiting..........

I doubt if it has anything to do with the centre of submission, the lady you are talking about is probably an exception to the issue at hand.

I met a guy who applied at the vi "vac" on the 7th of july and till this very moment he has heard nothing from ukvi.

I actually applied in Abuja and did my biometrics on 6th July. No decision mail yet.
