My iPhone 7 Plus battery just went from a 90% BH to Service(86%) percent typically in one day. Since then, battery has been misbehaving. I wanna change the battery but my fear is the Touch ID being messed up in the process. Please is there any way out of this dilemma? Thanks

Good day guys
Recently my iPhone 6s hardly make calls(won’t tell me if the number is reachable or I don’t have enough airtime). It’ll just cancel the call after some minutes without reason for not going through. Same with ussd codes it keeps saying “Error performing request, unknown error”

All this started recently, can’t make calls still can’t check account balance. I’m tired

my iphone 7 developed a fault where it the phone dosent come on once the battery drains completely.
the problem started after the phone fell on the floor once.
ive had a few technicians check out the phone but after opening the phone and finding no fault they bring out the battery and put it back and it comes on again. but after charging it and running the battery down again the issue persists.
what could be the issue?
