first chech the battery health and make sure its still okay. if the battery is okay then it might be the charging port. hope water didnt touch it

Please I need help. I bought a UK used 1phone 7 about 5weeks ago. 3 weeks into using the phone, an issue came up. when I make calls, I can't tell if the call I going through and can't put it on speaker, I can't hear when the person picks as well, if I get a call, I can't hear the person on the other end. I can't do video/audio calls on WhatsApp, I always get the message '' you can't make calls because you are in another call". I complained to the seller and he told me it was a software issue. He changed the phone to another phone for me last week. Today the new phone is having the same problem, I updated to the new software but still the same....PLEASE WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH THE PHONE? Did I buy a bad iphone? please I need response..Thanks

sound like audio ic problem. just add money and get 8 or 8plus even if its chip unlock. chip is very stable now

My iPhone 6 battery life has been shit/disastrous since it got lower than 81%.

Always shutting down. If it was around 70% when it shutdown ,if I switch it on there’ll be only 10% left and I won’t be able to use it before it shuts down again.

Does this mean an iPhone battery is practically useless the moment the battery life decreases to 80-81%?

one thing u should understand is that iphone 6 was produced in 2014. thats about 6years ago. most of the batteries have bn changed and the one that hasnt been change by now will be weak. batteries are not meant to last for ever they have average life of 4years at most.

iphone 6 battery is about 1500 but know its not original and might not be as strong as expected. best is to look for icloud locked 6 and use the battery

stop putting ur phone in fridge u will damage some components. looks battery issue.

first remove the screenguide if there is any. then open the phone, pull the screen up but dont disconnect it. just try typing and check if the screen is still like that, if it is, switxh it off and check the flex connector to make sure they are seating very well. if after and its still the same then change the screen

Please my WiFi keeps on disconnecting unless I put the money beside the mifi/ hotspot. Small distance, it will disconnect

Plus my Bluetooth. That one stays connected but no sound coming out from the speaker/ earbuds then with it disconnects after some time and reconnect but same thing... unless the phone is beside the speaker before it works well

well first update to latest ios. and then check another Bluetooth device to make sure the problem is not from ur phone or try the device with another phone
