use WiFi or download the autoloader. Using autoloader will wipe everything on ur phone so make sure u back up or move ur files over to ur memory card or system. If network can't let u download ask in the forum someone who has the os might be close he or she can help u out

plug the phone in ur system if ur system sees it then download the os autoloader of ur phone and reload it. But know that u will lose everything in the phone memory. Before u start make sure u have BlackBerry Link installed in ur system.

use ur device monitor to check what is eating up ur battery. Then download the BlackBerry BBVE app and check the health status of ur battery and device in general

see go to ur BlackBerry World and download an app called painter. After that screen grab the stuff u want to post here then open the painter app and select the picture u want then use ur finger and shade the place u don't want to show. It's as simple as abc. See the attached pics 1 pic of the painter app and 2 the pic of my Facebook page I just shaded the surname. It's as simple as that

yes I moved them... it has been like that for the past four days now it won't move from that spot

okay first of all go to ur file manager and select mcard to know if ur card is accessible or I will suggest u use memory card reader and put the mc on ur system to make sure it's accessible or u can put another memory card in the phone to know if it will see it. Hope u didn't use encryption on the card before wiping it?

help! my Q5 has refuse to show media.. photos, music and videos won't show. have done the security wipe several time and yet it won't show, it does shows those ones on phone before the wipe but now it's not showing any again both on phone and media card ... pls gurus in the aoz help

from the pic u posted u can see it's scanning. So just wait for it to finish. Hope u moved ur pics and files to ur mcard before wiping?

if after wiping the phone and it the camera refused to work then I think u need to change the camera lens. That will be the only solution

if u can update it ota there will be no issue as for the link u have to track back some pages or go to crackberry

The version is STL-100-1-10.3.1.634. I downloaded it online.

u have to download another one bro those files were not included in that os cos it's not a full os. U can still sideload it if u so want

that's the one am using and I don't regret ever buying it 1year plus still rocking good. And am not using it with any stabiliser or TV guide. The next is polyester home theater cos my LG keep losing sound I have repaired it 3 times in in 7months

It's from ur window 8 wireless driver. I think u should try updating to 8.1. Or u can use ur USB cable and tether it u will get the same speed as the Hotspot. I have noticed some window 8 laptops behaves that way but they can connect to android phone Hotspot

Please oh, someone should help... my windows 8 hp laptop does not see/find my mobile Hotspot on my Q10. But some other computers can find it and browse well with it. Also, some other fones connect to my laptop well. Please help!!!

it's from the windows 8 not from the phone. The best way is to use USB cable and tether it and u will browse without disturbance

Pls guys I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question but I need u guys help. I have strong 4922AHD and mytv card and I want to subscribe the mytv card cos of mbc stations. My question now is if I subscribe for the mytv will my decoder be able to view it or I will have to use mytv customised decoders?
