The problem is that i'm yet to take the certificate since 2009 and i've been to ogba branch but i was redirected to ojo where i sat for the exam. I went to ojo on monday but i was told that the certificate can not be issue until after the ongoing exam which will end october 5 next month. Pls wat do you think i can do if the registration starts before then. Pls
