Hello pls i need a little help here.

My laptop does not have a serial port to connect directly with the Multilinks table-top CDMA phone so i connected via a serial-usb converter. The challenge now is that Replay AV (software to capture YouTube videos) does not detect internet activity via the usb connection. Is there an alternative software or a config i could use?
