Wow! This seems to have worked. Thanks. I got someone to clean the carburetor using one of those cleaning agents and he did the same to the tank after dismantling it. Gen appears to be working fine now. Just that the choke has to be half open instead of fully open. But I guess half bread is better. Thanks again. EndiaSami: |
EndiaSami:I haven't solved it o. Gen is parked there and now being used as chair. |
Certainly. Every contributor owns the complete rights to their work. Plus, you'll have their name (byline) as the author/ writer clearly stated there. You can even have a profile page/ section where readers can see more about you, including qualifications, and work experiences (if you so want). LegallyBlunt: |
The website is a couple of weeks old, at most 3 weeks, so reach is very minimal. We'll be doing a lot of marketing as soon as we have tons of content. At the moment, praying for rain. LegallyBlunt: |

Thanks. I did that before, but no harm in trying again. Could be water has gotten into the tank or bad fuel as you suggested. nonny1212: |
Thanks. I've actually done that, including changing the plug, etc. The gen works for a few minutes on half choke, then goes off. Unfortunately, the choke or carburetor is not something that can be bought on the open market (for now). michealdeco: |
Please house, is there a technician around Satellite Town and environs (Lagos), that can come help fix my ITEC generator (manual start)? It starts at once, but shuts down almost immediately. Sometimes, it runs for 10 minutes maximum, but makes that sound generators make when it is out of fuel; meanwhile, there's fuel in the tank. A couple of guys around said it's a carburetor problem, but the unique make of the generator means that the carburetor is not on the market. I have chatted with ITEC several times, but the process of getting help from them is like applying for US Visa. Even taking the generator to their facility at Gbagada is a logistics nightmare. Can anyone help? Please reply this post. Thanks.

Yes. V6 is harder to sell than 4 plugs, hence the lower price point. As for the AC, like I said both in the original post and in my response to the comments. The AC is cooling just fine. I only added that as an aside since I topped it up 3 years ago or so... E be like say to dey put all cards on the table no good again.. ![]() (If you can look for all the items I have listed for sale here on this platform over the years, na so I dey write every) Ofemmanu1: |
Read very well and read to understand. I never said AC is not working or compressor is bad. You may need to top up gas, because last time I topped up was during lockdown. Its cooling perfectly. Is that clear enough for you now? slimbullet: |

Thanks for your insight boss. Koya365: |
Hello all, I really need your insight on these two areas. Looking to pick a property (for future residential purposes) and the two locations I have my eyes on are Emuren in Sagamu LGA (You can access this via Ikorodu, somewhat close to adron homes) and Ikoga Mowo, along Badagry Express Way. Anyone have any experiences with these two locations? I appreciate any insight. Which is better than the other? Thanks. |
Are they still available? What's the size per plot and what paperwork do they have? |

Thanks. I may need to look further afield though. The two guys I know about in my area are more into DSTV and cannot understand why I am not satisfied with 2 free channels.. lolz.. Unluckrees: |
Thank you for your prompt response. Please how do I track on 26E?. I am a total novice and the guys I have been calling in my area seem not to know what to do. From my config screen, I can see that both LNBs are set to Nilesat W7 (Universal 9750 - 10600) and BADR 4/5/6 E26 (Universal 9750 - 10600). LBB Power Auto. I have done both blind scan and full scan on both satellites without any change. Any advice will be appreciated, thanks. Unluckrees: |
Hello House. Please is anyone else experiencing disappearing of channels from their list. I used to have MBC max, MBC Action, Blockbuster, Gbedu, Nollywood TV, and a whole lot of others, but one after the other, they started disappearing. In fact, since last week, I have only religious channels and sports betting on my list. My decoder is StrongGold, I have been using it for like 3 years now. I may not be correct, but I think the config is BADR and Eutelsat. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. |

Whenever I go to the mall, I often wonder, how can I save money on shopping? It seems like such a daunting task because you are forced to think of something new or creative before you go to find a way to do so that saves money. However, there are some simple suggestions anyone can take advantage of in order to achieve this goal. In today’s post, I’ll share with you the best ways to save money while not sacrificing quality and happiness while doing either routine shopping or shopping during your holiday season. Buy Only What You Need We’ve all been there: we go shopping with the intention to buy ‘a few things’ and walk out with armfuls of clothing, makeup and home decor that are just sitting around our house, taking up space. Maybe not a lot of space — but they are there nevertheless. To save money on your shopping, you should plan what you want to buy on your next trip and list products in the order of importance. Allocate a certain amount of money for the items that are more important for you. If you don’t have a well-thought-out shopping plan, your goods can pile up and leave you with a feeling of “I’ve bought too much this month and spent more than I can afford to.” Buy Cheaper Products Saving money on shopping is not complicated. You simply need to know where you can find cheaper products that perform just as well as the same brand products that are expensive. There are always good deals out there for those who know where to look. For example, when you do your shopping, always look out for products that are discounted. By shopping for discounted products, you can save a lot of money on your purchases. Do not think that a brand will taste better or be better quality because it costs more. Many premium brands charge extra for the label, this does not always mean they will taste better. Learn the Art of Haggling Have you ever walked out of a store feeling like you just got totally ripped off? I have, and one of the most frustrating things about it is the realization that I could’ve negotiated a better deal. We’re all told you need to learn haggling as kids; it was apparently the first shopping skill you needed to learn. Haggling is a way of getting what you want at an agreed price that is lower than the initial price. We all like to get great deals, but haggling has been present for thousands of years and is still used today. It’s pretty simple really. All you do is find a willing seller and mention that you will buy their product, but you are willing to take it for a lower price than the one on offer. Haggling can help you save tons of money on items over your lifetime. Search For Coupons Coupons are a great way to save money and can be used for both in-store and online shopping. The main point of coupons is that they offer discounts to shoppers, so you can save money if you use them when buying things from your favorite stores. You can check out store coupons, coupon match-ups and online coupons. You can also visit each store’s online site if they have one and subscribe to their mailing list. This way you may get special savings or coupons in your email. What is more, it is always a good idea to call or visit the store directly and ask whether they could offer you a discount. Avoid Price Trap Dynamic price is a pricing trap that comes around in online shopping where product prices change or fluctuate. Prices are being adjusted based on customer behavior and trends. Some retailers like to collect data and use it in charging you prices that are higher than the actual value of the item you’re trying to buy. Fortunately, this is something that can be avoided using different tricks and techniques. It takes just a few clicks of your mouse to outwit this strategy. Clear your browser’s browsing history and cookies Log out of your accounts such as Gmail and Facebook Visit the website using your browser’s incognito mode feature Visit the local version of the website if available Postpone Checkout When Shopping Online Selecting goods on an online site, adding them to basket, and then abandoning the transaction is one method clever shoppers employ to obtain a good bargain. Businesses don’t like cart abandonment; therefore, they seek for ways to get the deal closed. Frequently, they will send you a reminder email with a discount code so that you may complete the transaction. However, this trick only works if you are a registered customer on the website and your account is logged in when you abandon the cart. Compare Prices Online When it comes to shopping, you’ve probably heard that “shop around” in order to get the best deal. The Internet makes it easier than ever to comparison shop online. Using a search engine, and the right comparison-shopping tools, you can easily save money on your shopping bill. You can save more money on shopping if you take the time to compare prices online. It’s very important to always do your research and look for the best possible buy. One easy way to do research is by getting a price comparison app that allows you to scan a product bar code to find the best deal for that item. Final thoughts Budgets are tight for most people, and if you’re having trouble making ends meet it’s likely that you are finding yourself shopping less often. Maybe that means you need to look for ways to make more money or maybe it means that in order to continue to shop, you need to be thriftier about where your money goes. Whatever the case, it is our hope that the 7 tricks covered in this article will help if you’re wanting to save money on shopping.
