I was able to book after emailing TLS. Now I am faced with another challenge. These people put a premium center in Port Harcourt but no approved TB test center in PH. I have to go do TB and police report in Abuja omo! 😭😭[/quote]

For PH Centre, there is no provision for assisted service. I think once you are able to book an appointment, the icon for upload documents will pop up. All the documents must be in A4 and in pdf format. Note: You cannot change the location for your biometrics unless you want to cancel your application, ask for refund and start all over again. This might take a month or 2 to achieve.
At your appointment day, you need only the email confirmation of your appointment booking(printed), your passport and first page of your visa application form. You can also make a photocopy of your passport too but its not compulsory[/quote]

Thanks a lot, i really appreciate. Please what do you mean by "upload all my supporting documents myself?" The page nolonger shows me anything upload documents, just the page where i can book an appointment. I can't even go back to my application form and change it to Abuja or Lagos. I want to know if there's something I'm not doing right. How can I upload my documents myself? I thought I'll bring the documents to the center? Please elucidate.

Thanks a lot. So I should be patient and keep checking right? I submitted mine about 3 days ago, so that means I'll have to wait for about 14 to 15 days and hopefully I'll get a slot. The site is scary, how can one be seeing "no service" and "NO AVAILABLE SLOT", and they don't have an email or phone number so one can contact them. It's frustrating. So I should keep checking right?









In my own case, I submitted my application on the 6th of June but didn't get a slot until one opened for 20th. Just keep checking for available slot. Going to the centre might not help at all because they might not allow you in. You could send them an email via their complaint form but that will be of little assistance because they will still refer you to the procedure of booking an appointment on their site.[/quote]
