Get a 4.2kw inverter with at least 5kwh battery and around 6pcs 600w solar panels if you really mean business as you will be pulling upward of 1kw on a good day, also to cover future expansion, don't let someone that has no practical experience and only depends on chatgpt to mislead you. There are no shortcuts in solar, you get what you pay for

Quick question guys, I use a prepaid meter and mostly rely on NEPA (grid) power to charge my Haisic 1.5kVA inverter and its 3.6kWh battery. Will this charging process cause my prepaid meter units to drain faster? Cos I’m beginning to think I’m spending more recharging now that I even got solar

This is good information. Do you know if you are able to stack another batter to make it (assuming actual capacity is 6kw, 12kw?)

If yes, I really don't see why this isn't the preferred system for everyone. It would work perfectly for me, as power backup.
Just add 4 panels and manage my daytime and night time loads.

Is ur inverter hybrid or normal one. How many kva?

I don't know what everyone have against 12v systems ó. But if you are not running hot plate, ac, microwave 12v can work for you. My 12v carries all appliances in my house. I don't use my microwave with it. But my washing machine, fridge and freezer, TV and fans all work well.

Which 12v did u upgrade from to to which one did u upgrade to.

Battery isn't actually up to 8kwh, more like 7kwh. Still a great deal for the price, though.

Guys, always RENEGOTIATE every trip! Make it a standard. I have been travelling recently (PH, Abuja, Akwa-ibom) and I can confirm that all the ride that we booked, every one of them was renegotiated! The price on the app is meaningless.
The only ride I got without negotiation was immediately I landed at MMA2.. Airport to Alapere for 4k. Took d driver almost 40 mins. That would've cost me like 8-10k in PH!

The merits of CNG on this jobs can never be downplayed. I use a CNG installed Honda Accord 05, 2.4L and it's been 13 months and I can tell you for free (not free) that it's the best thing for me after drinking water.

I can't even remember when last I lament about price or what have you. Again, if you think protest will do the magic with these apps company I will tell you from experience protest has never helped drivers in this hustle. Since 2023 drivers has been calling for these protest but nothing to really show. I think the way forward is to take the agitations to these companies,. Ensure they don't operate while you protest, not the shambolic display of going to Alausa to dance and gyrate.

Pnp can favour anybody in which their skill is in high demand. Like there is a partway for doctors and nurses now. Although having a Canadian experience gives u better advantage but you can also be lucky. I also advice u try and look for ways to increase ur crs score

Indrive is d worst app. Passenger go cancel trip after u reach their addy. Dey can waste tym for africa kus dey no there is no waiting fee. On Indrive u will see a starting fair, but d rider will use his or her and reduce it further. Na this same indrive person go order courier service to carry human being. Kus its cheaper

your budget could get you a quality USEd 60Amps or 80Amps. You should focus more on params such as max Solar voltage which is mostly 150v for 60Amps or 200v for 80amps as those determines how much solar strings it would contain. Of course the max solar power matters also.

BUT all in all, don't overSpend especially when the future is still far. I made such mistake where I overBought and said charge controller went bad before the future was reached. Start with a good 60Amps. When the time comes, you either pair with another charge controller, or you upgrade. a 60Amps or 80Amps charge controller can take you really far. Far enough most people never get to fully consume it.

Either way, got both 60A, 80A, 100A charge controllers all USEd and quality versions.
