You're not alone. I've spoken to some sellers on Jiji, but they all want payment before delivery, they are also not familiar with the use of escrow.

I'm hoping to find a buyer on Nairaland, that way I can pay through the use of escrow. I don't want to give anyone "owo odun", tough times.
