For you to actually see a push in your cgpa, please aim to have A's & B's and less of C's, D's & E's. When you learn how to do the calculations, you'd see that having more of C's & E's than B's (& might I say A's) in a semester does little to nothing for you.

And please steer clear of carry overs for the rest of your programme, carry overs does this smackdown thing that makes it even harder for A's & B's to do much. I can't really explain but I hope this helps. All the best!

Go talk to your Course Adviser. It is ridiculous that you are seeking this kind of technical and confidential stuff online as a final year student. Haba. Which kind of education are you now having if you can be this reckless or do you think education is all about CGPA?

Just looking at how insufficient the information you provided alone tells me that a part of you is aware that what you are doing is wrong. Go meet your Course Adviser or your Department Student Association President and seek advice from them Just don’t give up.

Okay, Freestuff! Apparently, I only had carryovers in my Year 1, which I had sort out since my year 3, because they were 3 in number. And since then I have had no other carry overs, and my E and D are mimimal(I have more of a C, and B, then maybe with one E). Let’s say, we have 7 courses(I can have a C in 4 of them and one B and maybe a two D, that’s all!
But yet, I haven’t seen any real push in my cgpa, especially when I do have a 3.1 or 2.9 or 3.3 gpa per semester!
So I think what you said is correct, I’ll have to meet my Exams and Records/Course Supervisor and talk to him to properly confirm

I am a 400level student with a 2.23 cgpa and I’m in my 4th (1st semester, I haven’t done my internship). Please everyone is it possible for me to end up with a 3.5 on the dot with my 3 semesters left😭 or 3.49

Hello Everyone, I’m a 400 level student over here, and all my life in uni till my 4th year, have tried to sort out and look for universities abroad that is quite favorable for one to have a master degree in any Food science/technology relating course. Please Food scientist/technologist or anyone who has idea, should please enlighten me. Any country/ university you feel is best to do your masters degree as a food scientist/technologist student.
Please help me!!! And also, if you can tell me their enquiries like for the CGPA and exams you’ll write for scholarships to school in such uni in that country 🙏

Hi everyone, Good day, I’m a 400level food science student who is soon to start his Internship and one of the major things have been bothered about , is finding a space to do my internship. I sometimes feel finding such will be tough as I don’t have much knowledge about this, even after asking my senior colleagues as majority did theirs in school and few in bakeries and some companies. I wish to do mine in a company, but I don’t know what companies and how to apply. Pleaseeee Guys could you help me out on this, advices and also places(companies) I can submit my letter.
