the Igbo culture thrives on communalism, hence if you lose someone but have no money to entertain guest (Umuada), so long as you are a registered member of the local association called "village meeting", the community may even contribute to support the funeral.

I can assure you that most of these Umuada contributed money for this funeral and still transported themselves from far and near, yet this one is here complaining that they took bread and tea. if you don't have money, please let them know and am sure that just one person may supply all that is necessary to host the guest.
