Indeed ... truth need to be told. It doesn't matter if people have purchasing power or not ... the administration has no business setting up a mall or any such business ... that's not how taxpayers should ever be spent. What they should be doing is creating an environment for the private sector to establish such businesses. This is not development ... it is misuse of taxpayers money... money that should have been used to improve roads ..provide portable water .. build new schools .. health centres .. medical schools .. etc . Too many of us got it twisted.

"We wouldn't be running around looking for where to purchase" .... sounds nice. What do you think will happen to small businesses when we all go to the mall to purchase? What will happen to the people in the communities when the small businesses shut down? ...how do they get to the mall to purchase? Is there mass transit?..which he should be investing in? When the small businesses shut down...and the businesses in the mall jack up their price .. and then what? Walmart has huge stores ... like a mall ..everything available ... why do you think they are not allowed to operate in New York City?

4. Tie the salary and allowance of political office holders like senators, reps, ministers and governors to that of entry level civil servants

5. Make Inec an independent body that elect its chairmen by it own board and not by politicians

6. Disband national central Power generation into regional and create regional dams in order attain steady electricity and avoid sabotage

7. Health: In the constitution, political office holders will be band from going to medical tourism and vacations abroad. This will fast track standard hospital development and maintenance

The only private sector in Nigeria currently is the banking sector which ofcourse will do the government's bidding, others are bet9ja and co who are not represented in the negotiations,

Most South-Southers feel betrayed by this criticism. Only Tinubu's opponents in SW and most of SE oppose this project. Some things should be left unsaid. To be honest, if this project is completed, the support gap between BTW, SS, and SE will widen significantly.

Akpabio and Tinubu are seriously uniting SS and SW. Hmmmm! Look at it deeply. While Igbos are just making it extremely hard to unite with them.
