THE CHECKLIST FOR WOODEN DOORS

Select the right type of timber and the rack of wood.
Timber should be free from cracks, shakes, dead knot etc. as laid down for various grades of timber.
If the contract provides for kiln seasoning of timber, check whether it has been done in an approved kiln. Also check moisture at the site with an electrical moisture meter.
