Please can someone tell me the location of Evap canister of Peugeot 406 d8

HI I have a problem with my Peugeot 406 96 d8.
Recently, my dashboard or instrument cluster behaves funny. Oil pressure light, speedometer, rpm,fuel gauge indicator all stopped working. Only the temperature guage works. The light usually comes on and off as if it's a fuse problem pls where is the fuse that controls the cluster
