That's not how it works in reality. First, observe that the person videoing seems to be a fellow soldier. So once you shoot him, reinforcements will be called.

The reality is that if there is a higher presence of soldiers in that area before he can get to the safety of his area command, they will pick him up and deal with him terribly. And by the time his superiors get him out, nothing will happen to those soldiers.
