just say it is descriptive rather than procedural.

some people consider descriptive languages to NOT be classified as programming languages but the general school of thought is that any instaruction to the computer is a programming language.

I think Java Must Comes First Because with java we can create many softwares of different platform though c# has many features like Java but it is window based programming language. And for Sql is not a programming language we use it for Database management
