Seun:first, would you say the earth came about by chance? Second Actually God inspired men to write the Bible, so most likely the men wouldn't have written words of sciences that an average person then couldn't understand. Lastly, The author isn't any of the men. It's God. No, the writer wasn't there. What makes me believe is that the writers were inspired by God. |

It'll be hard to tell how much they make from the countries individually and would take lot of research time. However, thanks for commenting, we'll try and work on this next to time. ifenes:How does the Bible answer? Moses wrote: “O Jehovah,. . .before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the productive land, from everlasting to everlasting, you are God.” (Psalm 90:1, 2) Likewise, the prophet Isaiah exclaimed: “Do you not know? Have you not heard? Jehovah, the Creator of the ends of theearth,is a God for all eternity”!(Isaiah 40:28) Similarly, the letter of Jude refers to God as existing “for all past eternity.”—Jude 25.Those scriptures show us that God is “the King of eternity,” as the apostle Paul describeshim. (1 Timothy 1:17) This means that God has always existed, no matter how far back in time we cast our gaze. And he will always exist in the future. (Revelation 1:. Thus, his eternal existence is a fundamental attribute of the Almighty. Why do we find this idea difficult to grasp? Because our limited life span gives us a completely different concept of time from that of Jehovah. Because God is eternal, to him a thousand years are like a day. (2 Peter 3:. To illustrate: Could a grasshopper, which lives as an adult for only about 50 days, fathom our life span of 70 or 80 years? Hardly! Yet, the Bible explains that we are like grasshoppers incomparison with our Grand Creator. Even our ability to reason is dwarfed by his. (Isaiah 40:22;55:8, 9) So it is not surprising that thereare aspects of Jehovah’s nature that escape full human understanding. |
AyamConfidence:okay, I call you today.. Switched off.. |
AyamConfidence:hehehe |
ifenes:Ps. 90:2 were born, or you proceeded to bring forth as with labor pains the earth and the productive land, even from time indefinite to time indefinite you are God.” Is that reasonable? Our minds cannot fully comprehend it. But that is not a sound reason for rejecting it. Consider examples: (1) Time. No one can point to a certain moment as the beginning of time. And it is a fact that, even though our lives end, time does not. We do not reject the idea of time because there are aspects of it that we do not fully comprehend. Rather, we regulate our lives by it. (2) Space. Astronomers find no beginning or end to space. The farther they probe into the universe, the more there is. They do not reject what the evidence shows; many refer to space as being infinite. The same principle applies to the existence of God. |
Seun:first, "the natural laws of the universe are so precise that we have no difficulty building a spaceship to fly to the moon and can tone the flight with the precision of a fraction of a second. These laws must have been set by somebody". - quote from Wernher von Braun. 1st Isiah 42:5 This is what the true God, Jehovah, says,The Creator of the heavens and the Grand One who stretched them out,The One who spread out the earth and its produce,The One who gives breath to the peopleon it And spirit to those who walk on it: Hebrews 3:4 Of course, every house is constructed by someone, but the one who constructed all things is God. |
Seun:Lol.. It doesn't matter to me who or what my parents serve. I can't decide for them, I can only for myself... |
