I sent countless messages to your whatsapp it delivered but no response from you, I called your office like 3 times today Monday only to be told it will be done shortly. I have been doing business with you for sometime now, and so far you have been trying but on this one I am not happy. If you are not having PM there is nothing bad in blocking it from your site pending when you will have it in stock or refund my money.

Good evening, I dont know how you people operate because the person handling your calls is very poor on how he handles issues. I placed an order and paid in the afternoon, i waited for some hours no PM sent to me. I'm used to contacting you on whatsapp and issues will be solved promptly, my whatsapp is down presently then I decided to place a call across to your company's call line. In fact, I called and talk to the guy like up to 4 times and he confirmed that PM is available. But as I am typing now no PM sent. I thought your site is kinda automated, because he was asking me of my name. I submitted the order details on your site, I don't think I have to call you after placing my order.

If you didn't get d money that I sent, at least tell me so I can contact my bank to know what's happening. If you are out of PM you tell me as simple as that. The least I expect from you is to check your bank statement of Friday. Because we all know that it's not always that the banks sends sms alerts on transactions
