In Peter's case, it was a trance not a dream. secondly, it was GOD that commanded Peter to eat. And while it is true God speaks thru dreams, not all dreams are from Him. Satan is an imitator of God, and he also send dreams to people with aim to attack them, cos he's a sworn enemy of mankind. There are times people eat in the dream and wake up with different illnesses like Diabetes, kidney diseases, etc. these sicknesses were projected thru dreams. The arch enemy of mankind takes advantage of man's naivety or ignorance to torment them, and dream is one of such ways. The only thing is whenever you have such dreams, wake and cancel it by the blood of Jesus. It cost nothing to do so. But to deny the existence of the spirit ream where most dreams emanate from, is to be naive towards danger.
