Late Super Eagles Coach Stephen Keshi's corpse arrived in Delta state today. It was received by Delta State Government officials at Alifikede, the boundary between Delta and Edo State. There was a lying-in-state ceremony at the sports hall of Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, while a service of songs/vigil mass held at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Illah, Delta State.

Its exactly a year today that the immediate past Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade passed on at aUK hospital.The current Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II and his wife Olori joined other dignitaries including Gen Dipo Diya, wife of former Vice President Titi Abubakar, Senator Babajide Omoworare, Osun state deputy governorGrace Titilayo Laoye-Tomori, former Oyo state governor Adebayo Alao-Akala and others attended his first year memorial service which held at the St Paul's Church Ayegbaju in Ile Ife.
