the 12am to 4am nationwide curfew announcement by the federal government after major security breach at the Villa is not a coincidence. It might be deliberate government policy to curtail the free movement of criminal elements........
An elementary student of political Science may recall that in "public policy analysis and decision making in government"; policy pronouncement is sometimes different from what government intend to achieve.
back to the major issue; sometimes in April, 1984 after the Buhari/Idiagbon military coup they was this rumor that the Nigeria currency(Naira) was been printed in an Asian country by a criminal cartel from the former regime, In order not be outsmart by the criminal cartels the Buhari government call for an inner caucus ruling military council security meeting with the then CBN governor in attendance. After the meeting it was agreed that for a decoy the government alerted all the military formation to be on a war mode against Cameron. the international airspace was closed with Land and Sea borders ... At the heat of the alleged movement of arm from the various airports the newly printed naira not with different colors was distributed to the various CBN branches. that was how the N5 and N20 notes colors were changed (you remember why the famous 25 brief cases were allowed into the country ?).

If you may recall the biggest story from Presidency Since April, 2021 is about some element encouraging military Coup. if you are a resident of FCT you will notice a sudden "over policing" of the capital territory and military on a red mood.
Then we heard of the invasion of the president's chief of staff resident by unknown gunmen(armed robbers) that are yet to be caught. this very incident is big enough to people in power to take the coup plotting issue serious hence the declaration of the nationwide 12am to 4am curfew to curtail the night movement of criminal elements??
