Yes, I did but their response is what I do not understand. I had to write back on the public inqury and also inform my petitioner to call them as early as possible for more clarification if my case is specific or it is a new development from NVC because i read here on the platform where applicant from do electronic uploading of civil document . See below the response from NVC

Dear/Sir Madam:

Your assigned embassy or consulate does not participate in the NVC's electronic processing program. Therefore, you cannot submit forms or documents by email. Instead, you should send your documents to us by mail.

Please visit https://nvc.state.gov/mail for the address to mail your documents to us.

If you have more questions about your case, you can contact us at NVC.

I have completed and submitted my Ds260 form since July 3rd 2020 and the start now button for both civil document and AOS document did not come up since then .I sent an email to NVC and they responded that the consulate or embassy assigned to my case does not do electronic processing that I need to send my documents via mail to the address given. I am concerned is that my consulate is lagos Nigeria and i read here of people doing electronic processing of their application. I want to know if it is new development or it is specific for my application and what I need to do to rectify the issue.

(2) Do we need to notarized the consent letter if the answer to question 1 says something about consent letter. Thanks in anticipation of your response

My own submission is that it is better to leave in someone country rather than going to other countries to huzzle. It is only the infrastructural difference and hopefully one day a better government will be in place and create good institutions and even Nigerians in diaspora will be agitating to come home. By then all issues of bad roads , erratic power supply, good portable water would have been a history and Nigeria will be the real giant African has our rightful position

Morning sir, you are yet to respond to my enquiry as per the implication of changing the income stated from all other sources and primary employment income in previous application to the income that is attached to my main primary employment income only in my new application. And must the income be in Net pay or Annual pay. Hoping to get back response soon

Thanks for the informative response. In my previous application I stated my other sources of income in a month in the my application with only my primary occupation. And I want to know if I can only state my primary occupation income in this new re application. Sir, what is the implication of stating the primary occupation and income now as against previous application.

(1) can I state all the income I earned in a month from my regular paid employment job and income from my private business in my Ds 160 form or (2) should I stated only the income earned from paid employment. Reading some contributions makes me laugh. Comparing third world country to advance country like USA where real economic development and growth is obviously noticed in the lives of its citizenry and illegal immigrants and the likes to a country that economic development and economic growth is only visible on pages of newspapers. On a balance of probability and good analysis of all economic indices it better to stay in the America than Nigeria for now. Practically all income I earned is use for buying fuel to power my generator everyday, portable water and visit mechanic place to repair my car despite paying multiple taxes to government VAT, WHT taxes and Hotel occupancy, land use charge, property taxes by the state government and multiple of levies to local government.
