I got this new nexus freezer Nx160hce on about 4 days ago , and I noticed that the freezer freezes at the top to the middle part while the lower part is cold but not freeze yet , although it haven’t run for over 6 hours straight due to the power supply . It is still going to freeze to the lower part as time past or I should return it

Return it back, don't waste time self, freezers are suppose to start from bottom freezing not from top.
After sometime it won't be retaining ice
